Rolling Stones Concert Resheduled
This week’s Rolling Stones concert in Vancouver has been rescheduled for Nov. 25.
The band is taking four days out of its A Bigger Bang world tour to help lead singer Mick Jagger recover from a sore throat. Last August, the 63-year-old rocker suffered a bout of laryngitis that forced the Stones to reschedule or cancel several dates on their European tour.
The Stones were scheduled to play Vancouver’s BC Place Friday night. Tickets for the original performance will be honoured on the new date. Shows in Oakland, Calif., Los Angeles, New York and Honolulu have also been affected.
